Booking Details
The Bubble Glam Squad™ is based in Hanover, Massachusetts. We provide mobile spa events to the South Shore region; select North Shore, Greater Boston, and Southern Metro Boston locations; and select locations in Cape Cod and Rhode Island. Several locations outside of our main service area will incur a small travel fee.

We require a relatively flat, safe parking spot that is approximately 40 feet long and 15 feet wide to accommodate Rosie the Bubble Glam Truck. Parking should be in a private driveway or on a quiet street which safely allows children to enter on and off the truck.
An additional space is needed outside the truck to set up a 6-foot-long activity table for crafts, food, and beverages if weather permits. During colder months, we would need a small party space for guests to enjoy their food and beverages, crafting, and karaoke.
No, we are all inclusive and have our own generator to hook up electricity for air-conditioning, heat, and hot water.
The Bubble Glam Squad specializes in glam spa parties for children and tweens age 4 to 13. Our events are tailored to each specific age group and interests, with age-appropriate glam and activities.
Whether you're looking for a little girl’s first princess party or a K Pop Demon Hunter party for your tween, we will work with you to make sure this event is unforgettable!
We can accommodate a maximum of 12 children for our Luxe Spa & Glam Parties. This includes spa and glam in the truck and an activity area outside of the truck.
HOW IT WORKS
The Bubble Glam truck is 21 feet long and comfortably seats four guests in salon chairs for spa and glam treatments. While the first four guests are doing spa and glam, the others will be doing activities outside the truck such as arts and crafts. Then guests will switch places and next four begin.

Yes. Every girl belongs in the Squad!
At Bubble Glam Squad, we believe every child deserves to sparkle, have fun, and feel included! We’re committed to creating a welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive experience for every guest. The truck has a ramp and a salon chair can eaily be removed to accommodate a wheelchair.
If your child has accessibility, sensory, or other specific needs, let us know when booking—we’ll do our best to make sure she can relax, glam, laugh, and enjoy the party right along with her squad!
Start by filling out our Event Request Form. We will then check our availability and get back to you asap to discuss all initial details. Please have all your questions answered upon consultation and discuss any and all concerns. This is also a brainstorming consult with your Glam Manager to be creative and add or subtract anything from the event. We will do our very best to walk you through each step of the planning process to make sure your vision is clearly aligned with our Glam Squad.
Once confirmed, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. There are several ways to leave a deposit, your Glam Manager will go over everything with you on the call.
Your party is officially reserved once the deposit has been received!
Our Luxe Spa & Glam Party packages are clearly outlined on our Packages & Pricing page. Pricing includes:
- Luxe One Package: For 4 VIP Guests is $899 + tax.
- Luxe Two Package: For 8 VIP Guests is $1,299 + tax.
- Luxe Three Package: For 10 VIP Guests is $1,499 + tax.
- Additional guests can be added to any of these packages for $100 per child up to a maximum of 12 guests.
All of the above party packages include travel (within our service area), generator hookup, setup, and breakdown.
For Custom Events
Bubble Glam parties can be fully customized to incorporate your theme, a special activity, or a special surprise! Pricing for custom events will vary depending on each client’s needs.
Absolutely! We are happy to incorporate any birthday surprises you would like to include in the festivities, including birthday gift announcements, special songs, dances, etc. We’ll cover all the details with you during our consultation.
Themed parties can include dressed up characters, live entertainment, clowns, magicians, DJ’s and more. We can help you plan your event from start to finish! Pricing for custom events will vary depending on each client’s needs.
We will work with you to make sure your event is unforgettable!
Yes! We understand how important it is for friends to be included! You can add additional guests to any of our packages for $100 each up to a maximum of twelve guests.
If you are looking to have an event with more than 12 guests, please reach out to us to discuss creating a fully custom event.
If you are more than 7 days out:
All party booking deposits are strictly nonrefundable. If you cancel your event with more than seven days notice, you can have the balance of what you paid refunded, or you may reschedule your event for another time.
If you need to cancel within the final week:
Cancellations made within seven days of the event will incur the full balance of the contract. If possible, we will attempt to reschedule you for a later date with no cancellation fee.
Event Details
Our Luxe Spa & Glam Parties run for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Keep in mind that you will be booking us for longer than that, as we will need to arrive early for setup, and remain after the party for breakdown.
You are welcome to keep your party going after we leave! The girls will be all glammed up and ready for more dancing, a slumber party, whatever you can dream up!
From the moment guests step onto our plush pink carpet, they are welcomed like VIPs with pink silk robes and a pink lemonade toast before enjoying mini spa treatments, face masks, manicures, music, dancing, crafts, photo moments, gourmet popcorn, colorful hair braids, glitter, lip gloss, and sweet take-home surprises.
OUR LUXE PARTY EXPERIENCE INCLUDES
- Guests are greeted with pink silk robes and spa hairbands to set the stage for their spa experience. The guest of honor (birthday girl) will get to keep her BGS robe as a keepsake from her special day!
- A pink lemonade toast (served in an age-appropriate funky cup)
- Organic cleansing face mask (all spa treatments are gentle and appropriate for young skin)
- Facial massage with organic moisturizer
- Each guest will get to choose her favorite color and style of bubble braids which will be installed by a stylist
- Guests will then get to choose their hair and face glitter to complete the look!
- Guests will be treated to manicures and hand massages. They get to choose their favorite nail color from our collection of non-toxic polishes.
- A licensed aesthetician and a Bubble Glam host will supervise the entire event
- Freshly popped popcorn snack
- Goodie bag with sweet treats
- Activities will include a handmade craft to take home
- Photo-ops and fun

We only use clean, non-toxic skincare products that are safe for young skin. We have chosen natural and organic cleansers and moisturizers for face treatments, and all of our nail colors are non-toxic. Our manicures are also gentle and we never cut cuticles or manipulate skin.
All of our spa and glam treatments are age-appropriate and every party is overseen by a licensed aesthetician.
The Bubble Glam Squad owner and party host is a licensed aesthetician and all staff has completed a proper background check.
Bubble Glam Squad, LLC and our staff are fully insured.
No party food or drink is allowed on the Rosie the truck, as we want to keep the space as clean as possible for safety and hygiene.
All catering items such as utensils, food, cake/cupcakes, and beverages are the client’s responsibility and may not be consumed on the truck for sanitary purposes. We will have an activity area set up outside of the truck where food can be offered.
While a responsible adult does need to remain on site at all times, we ask that parents allow the kids to enjoy the party on their own. The truck itself has limited space and is meant for 4 guests and glam staff while the outside activity area will be busy with the remaining guests and more Bubble Glam staff.
We will have everything planned to bring fun, beauty, energy, and a polished event experience to your children’s day—so you can relax and enjoy the moment! We will work with you to ensure there are photo opportunities, of course!
We will do our best to make everyone feel included, but we run a tight schedule of activities, including spa treatments, hair and glam, food and beverage service, and activities!
Guests who arrive late will have to join whatever activity is going on at the time of their arrival, and we will try to accommodate them if possible.
