Bubble Glam Squad Policies

Booking an Event & Initial Consultation

To request an event, begin by filling out an Event Request Form. We will then check our availability and get back to you asap to discuss all initial details. Please have all your questions answered upon consultation and discuss any and all concerns. This is also a brainstorming consult with your Glam Manager to be creative and add or subtract anything from the event. We will do our very best to walk you through each step of the planning process to make sure your vision is clearly aligned with our Glam Squad.

Once confirmed, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. There are several ways to leave a deposit, your Glam Manager will go over everything with you on the call.

Your party is officially reserved once the deposit has been received!

Space Needs

We require a relatively flat, safe parking spot that is approximately 40 feet long and 15 feet wide to accommodate our trailer (Rosie the Bubble Glam Truck). Parking should be in a private driveway or on a quiet street which safely allows children to enter on and off the truck. It’s important to let us know that you have suitable parking and access during the time of booking.

An additional space is needed outside the truck to set up a 6-foot-long activity table for crafts, food, and beverages.

Party Plans & Pricing

Our Luxe Spa & Glam Party packages are clearly outlined on our Packages & Pricing page. Pricing includes travel within our service area, generator hookup, setup, and breakdown. If you are located outside of our main service area, a travel fee may be charged. You can find our service area listed on our FAQ page.

CUSTOM EVENTS
Parties can also be further customized to include additional activities, dressed up characters, live entertainment, clowns, magicians, DJ’s and more. We can help you plan your event from start to finish! Pricing for custom events will vary depending on each client’s needs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

MORE THAN 7 DAYS OUT
All party booking deposits are strictly nonrefundable. If you cancel your event with more than seven days notice, you can have the balance of what you paid refunded, or you may reschedule your event for another time.

WITHIN A WEEK OF THE PARTY
Cancellations made within seven days of the event will incur the full balance of the contract. If possible, we will attempt to reschedule you for a later date with no cancellation fee.

Food & Drinks

No party food or drink (other than water) is allowed on the Rosie the truck, as we want to keep the space as clean as possible for safety and hygiene.

All catering items such as utensils, food, cake/cupcakes, and beverages are the client’s responsibility and may not be consumed on the truck for sanitary purposes. We will have an activity area set up outside of the truck where food can be offered.

Health & Safety

The following policies are also listed in our Terms & Conditions. We recommend reading the entire Terms & Conditions.

• Bubble Glam Squad may refuse or stop any service if a child has signs of illness, lice, open skin, infection, or a reaction, or if a child is unsafe or does not want to continue. No refund is owed for services skipped for health or safety reasons.
• Tools are cleaned and disinfected between guests. Single-use items (applicators, cotton, sponges) are thrown away after each child.
• Children may not eat, drink (other than water), or play with products or tools while inside the trailer.
• A parent, guardian, or an adult designated by the host must remain on the premises for the whole event. Bubble Glam Squad is not a childcare provider and is not responsible for supervising children outside the mobile spa.
• Children must follow staff instructions for getting in and out of the trailer (steps, railings) and may not climb, run, or touch equipment inside.
• If a child has a reaction, injury, or medical emergency and the parent cannot be reached immediately, the Bubble Glam Squad staff is instructed to: (a) stop all services, (b) remove products with water, (c) administer the child’s own EpiPen/inhaler if on-site and instructed, and (d) call 911 and allow emergency personnel to provide care. Parents/guardians are responsible for all medical costs. Staff will never administer any medication of their own.

Parents & Guardians

AT THE EVENT LOCATION
A parent, guardian, or an adult designated by the host must remain on the premises for the whole event. Bubble Glam Squad is not a childcare provider and is not responsible for supervising children outside the mobile spa.

ON THE TRUCK ITSELF
While a responsible adult does need to remain on site at all times, we ask that parents allow the kids to enjoy the party on their own. The truck itself has limited space and is meant for 4 guests and glam staff while the outside activity area will be busy with the remaining guests and more Bubble Glam staff.

We will have everything planned to bring fun, beauty, energy, and a polished event experience to your children’s day—so you can relax and enjoy the moment! We will work with you to ensure there are photo opportunities, of course!

Late Guests

We will do our best to make everyone feel included, but we run a tight schedule of activities, including spa treatments, hair and glam, food and beverage service, and activities!

Guests who arrive late will have to join whatever activity is going on at the time of their arrival, and we will try to accommodate them if possible.

Terms & Conditions

Make sure you read our Terms and Conditions BEFORE signing a Parental Consent Form for your child. You can learn more about Bubble Glam Squad parties on our FAQ page, and you are welcome to contact us directly with any questions or concerns you may have.

Services

The following services will be provided inside the Bubble Glam Squad mobile spa trailer while it is parked and stationary. The trailer will not move while any child is inside, and your child will not be transported anywhere.

• Time on the mobile spa trailer in general (entering, sitting, and enjoying the trailer and its activities)
• Basic facial (gentle cleanser, soothing mask, and moisturizer; no extractions, peels, or exfoliating acids)
• Bubble braids (hair brushing, sectioning, elastics, optional hair accessories/tinsel)
• Face glitter (cosmetic-grade glitter and skin-safe adhesive gel, kept away from the eyes)
• Manicures with non-toxic nail colors. No cuticle cutting or skin manipulation.

NO other services (including waxing, tools that cut, heat styling, chemical treatments, or eyelash/eyebrow services) will be performed.

Health & Allergy Disclosure

• The facial products, glitter, and hair products used during the party contain ingredients that can occasionally cause redness, irritation, or an allergic reaction.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for notifying Bubble Glam Squad and the host of the party about any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns before the party, and to let the team know right away if anything changes.
• Bubble Glam Squad will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for reactions or sensitivities that were not disclosed or could not reasonably be foreseen
• A list of product ingredients is available from Bubble Glam Squad upon request before the event. Parents are responsible for reviewing it if their child has allergies or sensitivities.

Health & Safety Practices

3. Products used are intended for cosmetic use. Glitter is cosmetic-grade and not applied near the eyes.
4. Children may not eat, drink (other than water), or play with products or tools while inside the trailer.
5. A parent, guardian, or an adult designated by the host must remain on the premises for the whole event. Bubble Glam Squad is not a childcare provider and is not responsible for supervising children outside the mobile spa.
6. Children must follow staff instructions for getting in and out of the trailer (steps, railings) and may not climb, run, or touch equipment inside.
7. Glitter and facial products may transfer to clothing, furniture, or bedding. Bubble Glam Squad is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing or property.
8. Hair accessories, elastics, and small items can be choking hazards. Please supervise young children and siblings after the party.

If a child has a reaction, injury, or medical emergency and the parent cannot be reached immediately, the Bubble Glam Squad staff is authorized to: (a) stop all services, (b) remove products with water, (c) administer the child’s own EpiPen/inhaler if on-site and instructed, and (d) call 911 and allow emergency personnel to provide care. Parents/guardians are responsible for all medical costs. Staff will never administer any medication of their own.

Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

The services listed above, although basic and non-invasive, carry risks, including but not limited to: allergic reactions; skin, scalp, or eye irritation; redness, rash, or breakouts; eye irritation from glitter or products; hair tangling, pulling, or breakage; exposure to germs or illness from other guests; slips, trips, or falls getting in or out of the trailer; and reactions that may appear hours or days after the party.

By signing the Parental Consent Form, parents and guardians agree that they have honestly disclosed their child’s health information, and they knowingly and voluntarily accept all of these risks on behalf of their child and themselves.

Photo & Media Release

If the parent agrees to Bubble Glam Squad LLC’s Media Release, photos and/or videos of their child may be shared on the company’s social media, website, printed materials, and/or ads. No payment will be given for this use, and the child's full name will never be posted.

Release of Liability & Waiver of Claims

By signing the Bubble Glam Squad LLC Parental Consent Form, parents and guardians, on behalf of themselves; their child; and their heirs, successors, and assigns, do release, waive, and discharge Bubble Glam Squad LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents (the“Released Parties”) to the fullest extent allowed by law from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and liability of any kind, including injury, illness, allergic reaction, infection, property damage, or loss, arising from or related to their child’s participation in the services, the mobile spa trailer, or the event, whether occurring during the event or afterward, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.

This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct where not permitted by law.

Indemification

By signing the Bubble Glam Squad LLC Parental Consent Form, parents and guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) brought by or on behalf of their child or anyone else, arising from their child’s participation, their failure to disclose health information, or their child’s failure to follow safety rules.

General Terms

The Bubble Glam Squad LLC Parental Consent Form and its Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any part of the agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect.

The Parental Consent Form applies to the event date listed on the form AND any rescheduled date for the same event. An electronic signature is as valid as a handwritten one.
